Work Context
As a co-founder and software engineer, I worked directly with customers from the earliest stages of discovery, analyzing their business needs, evaluating project feasibility, and defining suitable technical solutions.
We accepted projects only when we were confident they aligned with our capabilities and could be delivered to an appropriate standard. For accepted projects, our involvement covered requirements analysis, solution design, software architecture, implementation, deployment, and long-term maintenance.
During this period, I worked on software products across healthcare, hospitality, tourism, education, finance, and business management. Each project introduced different operational workflows and constraints, requiring rapid domain analysis and architecture adapted to the specific problem.
